khollin [kay-hol-lin] n.  short for kate hollingsworth because: ‘hollingsworth’ is a nice name that takes a long time to say and an even longer time to write

Kate Hollingsworth is a newly minted college grad who still likes to hang out in libraries.

In 2009, she studied travel writing while touring Greece + Turkey. She loves to write about places and culture.

She has lived in Freiburg, Germany and Prague, Czech Republic — where she studied economics and worked as a marketing intern in the restaurant biz.

In 2012, she graduated from Emory University.

Right now she’s living in Atlanta, Georgia.

She first interned with the Engauge Digital Innovation Group, where she learned the ins and outs of digital marketing. Then she did more marketing at the Michael C. Carlos Museum, which houses top-notch ancient things.

Her mother is left-handed, but she is right-handed like her dad.

She likes to tap dance.

Follow Kate on Twitter, connect with her on LinkedIn, or email her at khollin6 (at) gmail (dot) com.
